Topic: Beyond the Step-Up: Proactive Upstream Strategies for Capital Gains Optimization

Speaker Bio: Shreya owns LayRoots with her husband Colin. LayRoots focuses on estate planning and asset protection planning in Washington and Oregon. Shreya loves the outdoors and recently got an Australian Shepherd puppy by the name of Bodhi. Her sourdough starter is named David Doughy, she's hoping to get some more hiking in before the end of the summer (this summer's hiking adventures have been lackluster), and has been enjoying time on the Oregon coast as of late!
